As a best selling author, international speaker, and award-winning business strategist, I use my platform to inspire and enable women to recognize and appreciate their own power and channel it to disrupt limiting status quos that no longer serve them. Wherever I go, this is my north star.

I’ve led global initiatives to disengage people from the status quo and adopt real change. I’ve consulted with large organizations to establish effective gender equity programs. I coach women poised to become chief executives or board members. I proactively serve on mission-aligned non-profit boards and invest in women-led enterprises.

I am a big tech company CMO who has experienced, and seen first-hand the power of technology to change the way we work and the way we live. It takes a whole lot of grit, ingenuity, innovation, and a healthy dose of daily collaborative conflict. It also takes a level playing field so that differing views and experiences can be heard to bring this kind of pervasive positive disruption to the world.

There is no one definition of success and no one way to reach your goals. I am on a personal mission to level the playing field so that all people can thrive through the work that they do and the unique way in which they do it. I am CMO at Limeade, a corporate well-being company that transforms work into a source of positivity, energy, humanity, and purpose. I am also a storyteller focused on disrupting the TV industry with stories that bring to life the transformational power of women and the relationships they make.

My genius is my extreme capability to blend the trifecta of strategy, creativity, and human connection to process information quickly and generate change—never missing a detail, all while keeping an eye on the big picture. I translate my expertise in building and leading high-performing global marketing, brand, communications, and technology organizations, into actionable narratives.

Being comfortable with the uncomfortable is a disrupter super-power. I am not afraid of working through uncomfortable and unpopular topics. It is the only way we can explore out-of-the-box solutions that engage everyone in paving a path forward for topics such as ‘Me Too’ in the workplace, how women rise to the top without pushing other women down, addressing systemic bias and tearing down power imbalances, how women support other women in their quest for success, knowing your worth, and recognizing your achievements.
